Returns & Refunds policy

Our products are custom-made or personalized for each customer. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, customer-selected sizing, or personalization details supplied or approved by the customer, provided we produce the order correctly.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, contains the wrong item, or does not match the agreed order details because of an error on our part, please contact support@innovationcre8tions.com promptly.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when possible. Please keep damaged items and packaging while we review the issue.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund. If we require a return because of a confirmed defect, damage, or our error, we will provide return instructions and cover the necessary return shipping.

Customer-provided details

Please check sizes, spelling, names, colors, and design details carefully before submitting or approving your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once production begins.

Return authorization

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide mailing instructions if a return is needed.
