These terms apply to purchases and custom-product requests made through Innovation Cre8tions LLC’s website.

Orders and personalization

Please review the product description, size, color, quantity, spelling, and personalization instructions before placing your order. Provide accurate contact information and shipping details so we can communicate with you and fulfill your order.

If we send a design proof for approval, please check it carefully. We will use the approved design to produce your items. Contact us immediately if you notice an error or need a change.

Custom artwork and photographs

Please submit only photographs, logos, artwork, and other materials you own or have permission to use. By submitting materials, you authorize us to use them to prepare designs and complete your requested order.

Submitting artwork for an order does not transfer ownership of that artwork to us or give us permission to use it in advertising.

Product appearance

Screen settings and production methods may cause slight differences between displayed colors and finished products. Product photographs and mockups illustrate the design; please review the listing for the item’s size, materials, and included features.

This does not excuse defects, incorrect products, or failure to follow agreed order details.

Prices and payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

Website payments are processed through Stripe. For separately quoted custom projects, the agreed quote will describe the price and payment arrangements.

Production and shipping

Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Please review any processing and shipping estimates provided with your order.

If you need an item for a particular event, contact us before ordering so we can discuss whether the deadline is feasible.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and provide the option to agree to a revised shipping date or cancel for a prompt refund of the unshipped merchandise, including applicable shipping charges.

If your package is missing, damaged, or delayed, contact us so we can help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Because products are made specifically for each customer, changes or voluntary cancellations may not be possible once production begins.

This does not limit cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law, including rights relating to shipping delays.

Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, customer-selected sizing, or personalization details supplied or approved by the customer when we produce the order correctly.

If an item is defective, arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not match agreed order details because of our error, contact us promptly. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund.

Website use

Please do not use our website to submit fraudulent orders, infringe another person’s rights, or interfere with website security or operation.

Our original website content, branding, and artwork may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law. Customer-submitted materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information in connection with our website and orders.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Updates will apply to future orders and will not change an existing order’s agreed terms without your agreement.
